- A Welcome Gift–this varies from property to property but can be a stuffed animal, like the brown lab we received at the Hotel Palomar San Francisco, to an activity book.
- Goldfish in the Room–A standard Kimpton service is the companionship of a goldfish during your stay. The fish comes in a super cool tank too, so you won't be forced to change the filter. (You may have to get creative, though, when the fish is “sleeping in.”)
- Family-Friending Dining–Almost all Kimpton hotels have high chairs and booster seats as well as healthy food options for the kids.
- Baby Gear–Kimpton hotels can baby-proof your room with outlet covers, toilet latches and nightlights as well as bring in cribs and playards at your request.
- Kid-Sized Animal Robes–One of the FUN! amenities Kimpton gives to its guests is an animal-print bathrobe, to use during the stay. And they come in kid sizes.
- Kids Happy Hour–This varies from property to property but Kimpton does do a Kids Happy Hour, where the hotel sends up snacks and goodies to your room (some healthy but mostly full of sugar) along with some fun games to play.
