We're always on the lookout for hotels with family-sized accommodations that go beyond a king bed and a pull-out couch and which don't require booking two separate rooms. Many character-themed suites (like these) often have enough space for the whole family. But what if you're not headed to Disney World or some other theme park attraction? Don't fret. This is where we'll be rounding up the best family-sized hotel rooms.

The Grand Velas Resorts, a trio of luxury all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, have just unveiled super spacious two-bedroom family suites at their properties—Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Grand Velas Los Cabos, and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. Each suite is over 2,000-sq.ft with a king bed suite and an interconnecting room with two queen beds, plenty of living and dining space and two full bathrooms. A private terrace offers either jungle or ocean views. Plus, the following amenities: 24-hour suite sevice, stuffed animals for kids, mini bathrobes and slippers, kids beach kit, and a family photo session, with some credits to purchase the photos you like. Best of all, in Los Cabos, the suite comes with four hours of babysitting each day.

Now that you know each resort has a family suite on hand, which resort should you stay at? It depends on where you're coming from. Los Cabos and Riviera Nayarit (near Puerto Vallarta) are easier for West Coasters to visit while Riviera Maya is closer to the East Coast. Midwesterners can probably choose either one. While all the resorts have both kids AND teens club, the Riviera Nayarit property has a dedicated wing for families, while Los Cabos definitely skews more upscale. (This is the home of the $25,000 taco after all.)

Or it may come down to price. Here's the breakdown, per night, for two adults and two kids. Remember, this is all-inclusive so the rate includes your room, meals, premium-branded beverages, taxes, gratuity and even more.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya: $1,640

Grand Velas Los Cabos: $1,936

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit: $2,400
