Karisma Hotels & Resorts is prepping to unveil its “Nickelodeon Experience” at their Azul Hotels in Riviera Maya, Mexico in July, which will include charater meet & greets with SpongeBob, Dora the Explorer and the Teenage Mutant Ninja; exclusive Nick Knack Packs filled with a blanket, coloring cup, and a special Nickelodeon toy; themed restaurants; character breakfasts; a Nick-themed clubhouse and even the opportunity to get slimed.
But Karisma has also just announced they will open a full-fledged Nickelodeon Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in late 2016, followed by another Nickelodoen Hotel in Mexico. Here's the official word:
Nickelodeon Hotels will feature the Gourmet Inclusive® Experience, a vacation carefully catered to guests that prefer quality over quantity. From the presence of favorite Nickelodeon characters like SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to resort attractions and entertainment, Nickelodeon Hotels will be the ultimate upscale spot for memory making, family vacations. Accommodations at Nickelodeon Hotels will be spacious and relaxing, easily welcoming families of all sizes into a comfortable and luxurious retreat.
The idea of spending all day, every day with Dora, Bob and the turtles may not be our idea of the perfect vacation but we bet it will keep the kids happy. And when kids are happy, parents be happy too.
Can't wait until 2016? There's always the Nickelodeon Suites Hotel in Orlando, which is not related to the Karisma properties.
