If you're thinking about visiting a U.S. National Park this summer, then you MUST head over to the Adventure for Long Run blog where our friend Beth Greninger chronicled her family's visit to 18 national parks in an RV. Yup, that's right. Beth, her husband, her daughter and her son (both under 10) hit the road for six weeks to see some of country's most beautiful, jaw-dropping places.
Here's how Beth described their adventure to remember:
10 US states, 8,000 miles driven, 18 national parks, a million memories=priceless!!
Through these blog posts I’ve shared the details of each day of our trip, but it’s really been very hard to put into words just how incredible the summer/experience was for us. We made priceless and unforgettable family memories, saw astoundingly beautiful parts of the USA (our country is SO amazing, y’all!!!), and gained a deeper appreciation for our national lands, wildlife, and monuments. God bless America!
Cheers to that!
Below are the links to their six-week quest through much of the Western national parks, along with a pre-trip and planning post.
