It's been a long couple of months but The Ranch at Laguna Beach is excited to welcome guests back—with face masks and hand sanitizer.
Officially reopening today, May 15, The Ranch has outlined its new cleaning and health protocols, which includes the hiring of “Sani-Czars” to oversee the sanitation and cleanliness procedures at the resort. This is in accordance with the The California Hotel and Lodging Association Clean + Safe Certification, a safety seal of approval given to hotels that complete a 32-point checklist of protocols for guests, employees and cleaning procedures.
Other steps The Ranch is taking involve presenting guests with wellness amenity kits at check-in that include face masks, hand sanitizer and gloves; placing hand sanitizing stations everywhere; limiting guests in elevator; signs for physical distancing; sanitzed bell carts; and rooms cleaned by electrostatic sprayer technology. Alas, the restaurants and spa remain closed until California can begin its next phase of reopening. You can read the full list of cleaning standards here.
